  • Description

  • The Accounts Payable Assistant processes outgoing payments of the company to its partners and stakeholders in compliance with policies and procedures.

    Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

    Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.

    Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

    Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

    Generate reports detailing accounts payable concerns.

    Job Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or similar degrees.

    At least a year of experience in accounts payable or disbursement are pluses, but fresh graduates may apply.

    Basic knowledge and skills on general accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with spreadsheets.

    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Amenable to work on site at Pasay City.
