    Management or equivalent
    Required skill(s): excellent in general accounting, flexible, must be organized.
    Required language(s): English, Filipino
    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Property management work experience is preferred
    Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay.
    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

    Job Description:
    • Revenue and expense monitoring: verify completeness and validity needed documents for check voucher
    thus providing effective check and balance process to ensure proper fund disbursement, ensure that
    contracts for services, preventive maintenance and insurance policies are valid and notarized to process
    requests for payment, check monthly bookkeeping, ensure correctness of reports from properties such as
    but not limited to cash receipts and disbursement books, subsidiary ledgers, daily (weekly) cash collection
    report, assist in external audit process and do site visit as required
    • Administrative function: filing of manual, quarterly, and annual tax returns, filing of annual
    manual/computerized book of accounts, renewal of permits and licenses
    • Developer’s reports: monitor submission of billing templates and aging reports, preparation of billing
    summary and additional turnover, and reconciliation of developer and association accounts
    • Perform other related works that may be assigned by the General Manager and Financial Administrative
