• Maintaining an accurate and complete book of accounts including preparation of ledgers,
journal entries, receipts as well as timely and updated bank reconciliation.
• Assisting in the preparation of complete financial statements, management, and budget
reports, and annual audits.
• Monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Preparing tax computations and returns
• Monitoring of monthly accruals and depreciation of fixed assets
• Ensuring the company books are in compliance with Philippine Financial
Reporting Standard
• Ensuring that all reports to concerned regulatory bodies such as the SEC/ BIR have complied
within a timely and efficient manner.
• Implementing, maintaining and improvement of internal financial controls and
procedures
• Physical inventory count as needed
• Other areas including but not limited to document verification, data entry, operation, and
administrative assistance


Requirements:
1. Preferably Graduate of any Business Course
2. with 2 years of work experience in accounting job, invoicing/receivables, employee
3. reimbursements, or processing of payables
4. Must be willing to render overtime when needed.
5. Must be highly analytical, focused, output driven, fast-paced, and able to work with
6. minimum supervision
7. Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, a fast learner, positive, and can handle work.

9. Must have exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
11. Working knowledge in Xero or similar accounting software, is an advantage.
