  • Job Responsibilities:

    Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry

    Reconcile bank accounts for restaurant operations

    Prepare checks for payment of suppliers and service providers.

    Communicate with restaurant managers and others working on the restaurant operations

    Verify sales discrepancies void and refunded transactions reported by cashiers and managers

    Compute 2307 and 2306

    Prepare Vat Relief

    Prepare Vat Payable

    Computation of payroll

    Prepare payments for SSS, PHIC and Pag ibig

    Time keeping and preparation of weekly payroll (Manual/ Excel System only) and basic mandatory government benefit availments such as SSS Loans, HDMF Loans, SSS Sickness and Retirement Benefits and Philhealth availment.

    • Summarize yearly total salary of all employees for 2316 preparation and 13th month computation. (Manual/ Excel Payroll system of Employer)

    Any other tasks your superiors may assign

    Petty cash Custodian

    • Prepare monthly (0619E, 1601C, 2550M) quarterly (1601EQ, 2550Q, 1701Q) yearly tax forms (1701,1604CF,1604E), reportorial requirements (Quarterly SLSP, QAP – for 1601EQ, SAWT for 1701Q and 1701 - 2307 and Annual Alphalist for 1604CF2316 and 1604e) and payments for Bureau of Internal Revenue through EFPS system, Ebir System and/or Manual Filing during system downtime.

    Job Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

    At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    Required Skill(s): decision Making, Initiative, Team Player, Quickbooks

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in [Specialization] or equivalent.

    Must be keen on details and results-oriented

    Experienced in preparing Financial Statements, bank reconciliation, journal entries.

    Knowledgeable in QuickBooks accounting system is preferable.

    Applicants with previous working experience as general accounting in F&B, Retail or Restaurant set up is an advantage.
