Permanent contract Full Time

Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.

Preparing statutory accounts.

Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.

Recording and filing cash transactions. Prepares budgets and records and sends invoices for services or products rendered by company employees that have been approved by management. They handle cash transactions and perform other administrative duties as needed, such as making presentations about financial reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
  • Availability to travel: No
  • Availability of change of residence: No
