REQUIREMENTS:



• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance

• With at least 2-3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, General Accounting, and Finance processes

• Experience in PEZA company is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLE:

• Review Requests for Payment to suppliers for bills and invoices ensuring complete attachments and signatures prior to vouchers preparation following the payment due dates.

• Ensure prepared vouchers follow and comply with BIR regulations on withholding tax and issuance of the corresponding certificates.

• Responsible for updating and maintaining the disbursements books on a daily basis.

• Responsible for updating and maintaining the accounts payable schedule.

• Responsible for updating and maintaining the schedule of operating expenses.

• Responsible for updating the budget versus actual for all expenses and informing Senior Accountant HR & Admin Manager of any excess.

• Responsible for the transmittal of payables documents to third-party bookkeeping companies.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

• Responsible for the on-time preparation of payment and payment of employees’ monthly contributions to SSS/HDMF/Philhealth or banks.

• Responsible for updating and maintaining the complete listing of issued checks per booklet on a monthly basis.

• Prepare a summary of Sales and Purchases per invoice on a monthly basis.
