  • Description

  • Organizes financial records, responsible in determining expenditures, paying bills and creating receipts.

    • Encoding of daily receipts and disbursements into company’s accounting program

    • Prepares Check Vouchers

    • Maintaining and updating manual books of accounts of the company such as cash disbursements, cash receipts and subsidiary ledgers

    • Prepares payroll of office and project based employees

    • Monitors Petty Cash Fund Replenishment

    • Prepares monthly Value Added Tax summary using VAT Relief Program

    • Prepares monthly summary of taxes withheld from employee and suppliers

    • Prepares remittances for various government agencies such as BIR, SSS, PHIC and HDMF

    • Prepares monthly bank reconciliation

    • Prepares summary of monthly and annual Alphalist for employees and suppliers

    • Recording and monitoring job costs for projects

    • Reviewing Liquidation Reports from project office

    • Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 4
