Graduate of Bs in Accountancy or any related course
Has accounting-related work experience- Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Excel


Job Description:
Provide support in handling accounts payables, accounts receivables (making quotations, etc)Updating of the accounting system QuickBooks Handling government remittances (eGov)Maintaining accurate records/ encoding info including Delivery Receipts, Billing Invoice, Official Receipts, etc.BIR filing online (via EFPS)Sharing updates during weekly internal meetings in the office, Answering phone calls Sending emails related to accounts payable, accounts receivables, and other finance-related concerns if necessary Organizing the status update on finance-related concerns.
Work Schedule: Office-based work
Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 18,000 - 20,000

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
