  • Description



  • Duties and Responsibilities

    - Prepares requisition slip (RS) and purchase order (PO) for branch payables

    - Prepares requisition slip (RS) and purchase order (PO) for branch office supplies

    - Verification of canvas sheet of materials for RS and PO purposes

    - Preparation of utilities expense, gasoline consumption and materials disbursement report

    - Monitoring of payments

    - Preparation of proposal/ computations for clients and agents

    - Encoding of Materials Disbursement Report (MDF) and receiving report on the Inventory System

    - Preparation of Branch Transmittal of documents

    - Conduct Physical Inventory of Contract Folder Monthly

    - Perform other tasks as the need arises

    Job Qualifications

    - Must be a graduate of any 4 year accounting related course

    - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

    - Willing to work in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija
