  • TASKS:

    1. Prepares the statement of accounts of client agencies and companies and ensuring prompt collection and payment.

    2. In charge of all cash and check disbursements and payments of the company including all monthly contributions of and for the company personnel.

    3. Acts as the company’s bookkeeper in charge of preparation of the company’s profitability reports, balance sheet, income statement and financial statement.

    4. Prepares and validates all commissions released by the company.

    5. Monitor and auditor of all company receipts issued by the Receptionist and the Field Clerk.

    6. Safekeeping, inventory, cost-cutting, and maintenance of all the company’s equipment, materials, and supplies provided to the position.

    7. Strict implementation of the company’s 5S system of housekeeping standards.

    8. Observance of the company’s established protocols on customer, colleague, and superior interaction.

    9. Adherence and loyalty to company’s Quality Policy, Objectives, Mission, and Vision.

    10. Compliance to the company’s Company Manual, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.

    11. Completion, safekeeping, and maintenance of all records and documents designated to the position as stipulated in the List of Records.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Graduate of Business Administration or related courses.

    2. Computer literate.
