  • Minimum level of Education: Graduate of BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or its equivalent

    Required minimum level of Experience: Background/experience is an advantage

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Job Duties and Required Responsibilities

    • Prepares payroll for salaries and allowance of staff in the Main Office; Prepares vouchers for payment of employees benefits and prepares related reports of employees' benefits;

    • In charge of all remittances to SSS, Phil health, Pag-ibig and BIR. Prepares and submits related report of remittances;

    • Processes disbursements of funds for expenditures of Main Office and all other claims both in-house and capital expenditures;

    • Maintains and files company records and documents;

    • Assists the Admin. and Finance Officer in the preparation of checks and bookkeeping;

    • Deposits the remittance of the sites and updates the Company's Bank Accounts passbooks;

    • Download data sent by Project Sites & upload it in the system;

    • Download and printing of billings to generate billing report;

    • Download and upload RV to system and printing of RV for cheque preparation bookkeeping for project sites;

    • Maintains and safekeeps of documents for sites (vouchers, deposit slips & other documents related to the site.)

    • Printing & processing of requests sent by the PO's;

    • Performs such other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager and Consultants

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
