The Junior Accounting Clerk will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations,
Sales Manager, Admin & Accounting Head.
Duties & Responsibilities

 Provides accounting and clerical support for the Accounting and Finance
department.
 Prepares statements of account.
 Verifies and balances outstanding receivables on all invoices; balances accounts
by reconciling entries.
 Verifies, allocates, and posts transactions in SAP Business one app.
 Maintains, prepares, and generates, monthly and financial reports using SAP
Business one app.
 Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents.
 Monitors and checks Sales and Service Invoices.
 Monitors and checks Bank Statements versus Collection Receipts and GCash
Settlements.
 Handles and monitors inventories of spare parts of Elextrolux and Scarpavapor.
 Assists in Year-end inventories
Qualifications
 Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related courses.
 At least six (6) to one (1) year of experience in the related field is required
 Adequate proficiency in SAP Business One Software is a must
 Proficient in MS Office applications
 Well organized and detail-oriented
 Able to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressure
 With good oral and written communication skills

15,545.75 + 10% after regularization
with direct sales commission
