Offer description

A. Check reports and documents received from branches such as but not limited to cash flow, daily disbursement summary, cash voucher, petty cash voucher, sales summary, invoices, etc.

B. Prepare reports of misstatements and discrepancies to Bookkeeper

C. Perform clerical works such as filing, tracking of ledgers, and monitoring of aging

D. Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior without compromising duly assigned duties and responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:

- Graduate of any business-related course

- Must have knowledge in Basic Accounting Entries

- Computer literate, must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Willing to be assigned in Tagum City

- Can work from Monday - Saturday

- Honest and Diligent
