Job Description
For Home Allotment, Final Pay and Other Crew Pay Processing;
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of crew payroll documents (e.g. crewlist, HA
List, HA Forms, timesheets , Annexes)
• Check of crew accountabilities in NAV;
• Encode and upload crew accountabilities in Vinta;
• Process and validate crew payroll, final wages and payments in Vinta on-time;
• Ensure accurate booking of crew payroll, final wages, crew payments and Cash to
Master output;
• Send and post payslip (crew payroll, final wages and crew payments) in a timely
manner;
For Cash to Master Processing:
• Validate the details encoded in the Payment Instruction Form and Cash To Master
request;
• Coordinate with the agent and principal with regards to the CTM request;
• Prepare LOI and process the CTM request;
For Statutory Reporting and Payments (SSS/Philhealth/HDMF):
• Process end-to-end statutory reports and payments from generating, validating,
uploading in various government agencie website and applications, sending summary
for funding and payment up to accurate journal entries and filing scanning of reports.
For Issuance of Statutory Certifications and Crew Clearances
• Generate and validate correctness of report in Vinta;
• Check crew outstanding balance in NAV and communicate the accountabilities to the
Crewing Manager.
• Record additional charges and endorse crew/s to the treasury section to settle their
accountabilities;
• Endorse certification for approver’s signature.
• Issue statutory certificate to the crew;
Incumbent is expected to have an experience on crew payroll processing, knowledgable in
various statutory requirements, with good communications skills, is technology-savvy and
displays high customer service through on-time response to queries.
Function will report to the Accounting Manager – Crew Accounts.


Requirements
Must be a College Graduate of Accountancy.
1.2. Must have 2 yrs experience sufficient knowledge in basic accountancy and accounting principles
1.3. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
1.4. Must be organized and disciplined

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
