  • Job Descriptions

    • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records

    • Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements and running software programs

    • Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents

    • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g. disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, account payable).

    • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports

    • Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers

    • Recommends action to resolve discrepancies

    • Investigate questionable data

    • Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendation for process improvements


    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Organizational, Verbal and Written communication is a must

    • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task is an asset with dedication to accuracy

    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

    • Ability to analyze large sets of data

    • High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions

    • At least 2 years experienced in the same field

    • Has knowledge about Google Sheets

    • Determined to accomplish the tasks

    • Has the right attitude to fulfill the responsibilities

  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, Analysis, Decision making, Initiative, Goal-oriented
