Job Description:

* To check final report to be submitted to Japan

* Gather every document to submitted by every staff of accountant department.

* To assign the small job and task to each staff accurately and check the document strictly. This position is followed previous manager who was credited by every staff. This position is required really credible personality and strict by myself.

* Maintains the books of accounts and assists in the various functions related to month-end/year-end close.

* Ensures all invoices are processed accurately and timely while adhering to accounts payable and cash

* Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure that accounting activities are completed accurately and on time

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.

* Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

* Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

* Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.

* Audits accounts to ensure compliance with regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.

* Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.

* Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements:

MUST

-Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent field

-CPA holder

-At least 5 years experience in handling general accounting and accounts payable functions

-Knowledgeable in applicable laws, codes and regulations (BIR/ PEZA)

BETTER

-Has work experience in Japanese company
