Offer description

Salary: 50,000-65,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

-month and end-year process

-accounts payable/receivable

-cash receipts

-general ledger

-payroll and utilities

-treasury, budgeting

-cash forecasting

-revenue and expenditure variance analysis

-capital assets reconciliations

-trust account statement reconciliations

-fixed asset activity

-debt activity

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

• Coordinate and complete annual audits

• Provide recommendations

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

• Managing, training, and helping hire, accounting staff.

• Managing relationships with team members, clients, and external partners.

MUST

• Degree in Accountancy/Business Commerce

• Has experience as Managerial level for at least 5 years

• Must be CPA qualified

• Willing to be assigned with other tasks besides accounting.



BASIC SKILLS

• Strong Interpersonal skills -including written and oral communication skills.

• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, taxation, IFRS, and management principles.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office in particular Excel.

• High level of efficiency and accuracy.

• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data.

• Have work experience in Japanese Manufacturing company
