Job Description

Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations such as accounts payable,

maintain books and records, and inter-company accounts.

Lead and mentor the accounting staff to ensure that the monthly deliverables are

timely and accurate.

Prepare timely consolidated management reports and analysis.

Prepare monthly profit and loss of business units, analysis of

deviations/fluctuations of actual results vs. budget.

Lead annual audit process and ensure compliance with reportorial requirements.

Ensure compliance with government regulations and remittances

Enhance financial checks and controls by formulating policies and procedures.

Create and maintain checks and controls to ensure integrity of the financial state

of affairs of the firm.

Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in

Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. CPA is preferred

At least 10 year(s) of working experience

Preferably Manager level specializing in Finance - General/Cost

Accounting/Consolidation

Solid experience in both accounting and controlling roles. Has independently

handled and led the finance and accounting team

Proactive, detailed, hands-on, strong team player with good analytical and

communication skills, and able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced

environment.

Willing to work-on-site

• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, SAP, Accounting Software
