A. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions

Ensure that financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

Ensure that internal and external financial reports are prepared and disseminated within deadlines

Ensures that internal controls are enhanced and maintained at an acceptable level

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and integrity of financial data

Responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedure

Lead, direct, mentor, appraise and supervise staff

Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

B. Education and Other Competencies:

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board passer

Preferably with Ten (10) years’ experience in the field of accounting, finance and taxation.

With proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Accounting Supervisor

Knowledgeable in taxation and other government reporting, general accounting and preparation of financial statements

With excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, organized, analytical, detail oriented, able to work independently, responsible and reliable.

Trustworthy and able to maintain high level of confidentiality

Can work effectively and efficiently under pressure

Able to meet or exceed deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 10 years of experience
• Language(s): English ,Tagalog
• Knowledge: Accounting Software, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Analysis, Decision making, Accounting, Management
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
