  • •Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPA

    •With three (5-10 YRS) experience in managerial capacity, preferably in real estate/ construction industries

    •Knowledge in cost accounting, BIR reportorial, financial statement preparation and taxation.

    •Preferably with experience in SAP Financial System

    •Above average verbal and written communication skills

    •Able to work effectively with all levels of management

    •Result oriented, self-motivated and with strong analytical skills.

    •Proficient in MS Word and Excel
