JOB SUMMARY

1. Bookkeeping

• Prepares payment vouchers, receipt slips and transfer slips both electronic and manual.

• Issue Sales Invoices and Receipts (Official & Collection).

• Prepares monthly bank reconciliation report.

• Ensures awareness on the latest accounting standards.

2. Tax Compliance

• Substantiate all transactions to comply with the tax agency rules and regulations.

• Apply correct withholding tax rate.

• Verify the acceptability of receipts and invoices from Suppliers and Contractors for VAT claim.

• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual summary of withholding taxes on

• Compensation, Expanded, Final, Fringe Benefit Taxes, VAT and Corporate Income Tax.

• Timely & accurate submission and payment of monthly, quarterly and annual tax agency requirements.

• Keep updated on the newest issuances, rules and regulations concerning Philippine Taxation.

3. Reportorial Requirements to Government Agencies other than BIR.

• Prepares documentations requirements to secure Barangay clearance, Mayors Permit & Business License for subsidiaries.

4. Audit (Internal/External)

• Prepare & submit detailed audit schedules.

• Monitor both legal & bank confirmation replies.

5. Reportorial Requirements to Subsidiaries

• Prepares and Interim Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss &Cash Flow), Periodically

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. •

• Must be CPA

• Preferably 5 years Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

• Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in standard costing application, Analytic with Strong problem-solving, With good oral and written communication skills, Flexible and can demonstrate sound work ethics

• With knowledge in Fixed asset accounting, detail oriented and with Microsoft Dynamic Background and With strong excel background

• Can able to offer advanced solutions based on collected, summarized, and analyzed data.
