  • Job Function: Give customer information about products and services, take orders and response to customer inquaries via Lazada, Shopee , Social Media, Phone Calls make sure that any problem they are experiencing of their role are resolved for sale promotion and customer Satisfaction.

    Qualification & Requirements :

    1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent

    2. At Least 2 years of working experience in LAZADA, SHOPEE, or any related E-commerce industry is advantage but not required

    3. Good verbal and oral communication and good customer service

    Job Responsibility:

    1. Timely response on client inquiry

    2. Submit timely report on all sales, product return, after sales and provide recommendation for possible improvement.

    3. Ensure 5-star rating reviews and contact buyers to resolve issues and concerns.

    4. Ensure fan page updates on Product Launching, promos and events in coordination with graphics department

    5. Endorse immediate report to direct superior or manager on all issues that may need support.

    6. Turn inquiries to sales.

    7. Responsible for customer who directly purchase in office warehouse.

    Administrative Tasks

    1. Assisting offline orders

    2. Received files and checking of actual return items that to be recorded and check at google docs

    3. Testing some products to familiarize the item

    4. Calling customers and asking for feedback for the reason why they returned the items

    5. Calling customers whose order is already out of stock and ask them to request for cancel.

    Services skills

    1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    2. Excellent customer service service skills

    3. Good analitical skills 4. Independent and self motivated

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Language(s): English ,Tagalog
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
