Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors’ Degree in Accountancy

Must have at least one (1) year accounting work experience

Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna

Job Description

Check all regular accounting processes such as A/R and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.

Issue Official Receipt

Prepare chacks for bank deposits

Monitor and implement all tax-related check activation and wire transactions.

Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.

Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts.

Collate bank statements on monthly basis.

Monitor account reconciliation and calculations inclusive of cost accounting.

Prepare and file tax return, alphalist and CV preparation.

Prepare monthly financial statement package with analysis for management reporting.

Invoice preparation

Other task that may be assign form time to time
