  • Qualifications:

    • Computer literate - MS Office.

    • Flexible on schedule depending the needs of the company.

    • Must able to work with flexible schedule.

    • Knows how to do scheduling of employees, Payroll

    • Career Oriented, Self-initiative.

    • Loyal to his Superior and to the company.

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.

    • Duties & Responsibilities:

    - Communicate with Bank

    - Check and pay office expense

    - Record/ Post transactions for banking, office expense

    - Issue invoice for customer

    - Control and report invoice, banking and office expense

    • Requirements:

    - Have University degree in Finance and Accounting

    • at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position

    - Good at English Skills (must)

    - Be proficient in using Microsoft Office

    - Be careful and patient.

    - Be well-organized of work

    - Be able to work under high pressure

    - Have teamwork spirits
