Job Description
· Provides reliable financial schedules related to manufacturing cost, operating expenses, fixed assets and inventories.
· Verify the accuracy of the Bill of Materials (BOM) prior to posting in the system and conduct periodic review of BOM and price list.
· Review the monthly subsidiary ledger report, GRPO, and landed cost prepared by the Accounting Staff.
· Timely and accurate preparation of monthly subsidiary ledgers of assigned P&L accounts with comparative analysis.
· Recording of monthly sales and sales related transactions in SAP and prepare comparative sales analysis.
· Ensure on-time month end closing of the general ledger.
· Ensure all reports/documents are kept intact and complete.
· Conducts orientation to newly hired staff (Business Analyst, & Acctg Staff related to production) regarding production process, continuous monitoring and guidance.
· Work on special tasks related to position, as directed by immediate superior.
Adhere to company policies, rules and regulations and code of discipline



JOB SUMMARY
ACCOUNTING Officer is responsible in the supervision of the daily transactions of Accounting related to production. Prepares and reviews assigned financial schedules. Set, define and track results of individual and team KPIs. Contributes positive result to the Key Performance Indicator of the Department.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS


-Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent experience
-At least two years in an associate/officer position, specializing in handling general, inventory and cost accounting.
-CPA license is an advantage but not required
-Knowledge and proficiency in Accounting Systems
-Financial Report Preparation and Analysis
-Familiarity with business systems/ERP
-Proficiency in Excel
-Leadership Skills / People Management
