Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records.

Organize and update financial records.

Handling of petty cash.

Keep, and maintain all books of accounts, documents, vouchers, and other records concerning the business of the company and make them available for auditing purposes.

Prepares monthly bank reconciliation.

Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

Graduate of any 4 Year course preferably Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology and other business related courses.

Must be proficient in MS Office Application.

Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel (formulas and tables) and accounting software is an advantage.

Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and bookkeeping.

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.

Meticulous, analytical and independent worker.

Must be amenable to work on site.

• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Windows
