Accounting

1. To be responsible for data entry into the accounting system and integrity of accounting system data

2. To prepare General Journal voucher

3. To update and furnish depreciation schedules to the Accountant

4. To prepare bank reconciliation statements

5. To process vendor's invoices and write up accounting entries

6. To update fixed assets listing

7. To provide assistance to the Accountant



Audit

1. To coordinate with auditor on all matters pertaining audit

MUST

-Graduate of BS Accountancy

-At least 5 years of experience in accounting

BETTER

-CPA qualified

-Has experience in education industry
