  • 1. Responsible in preparing and issuance of checks. Ensure all supporting documents are complete and

    accurate.

    2. Responsible in recording cash disbursements in XERO .

    3. Ensure all advances are liquidated and recorded in the books .

    4. Record all fixed assets in Xero and prepare depreciation entries.

    5. Assist in the preparation of financial statements.

    6. Update and ensure schedules to financial statements are prepared on time .

    7. Prepare all tax forms required by BIR ( Form 2303) .

    8. Issue official receipts on a daily basis .

    9. Ensure all BIR requirements are accurately done on a monthly basis.

    10. Update HMO schedule on a regular basis

    11. Assist in the preparation of monthly billings to clients.

    12. Assist on renewal of permits.

    13. Assis in inventory of assets

    14. Assist in preparing reports as required by Management

    Qualifications

    1. Preferable 4 year course

    2. At least 2 years experience

    3. Knowledge in Xero / Quickbooks / Any Accounting System

    4. Knowledge in Excel

    5. Excellent Communication Skills
