ACCOUNTING STAFF
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position
- Accountant Graduate or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Duties:
- Ensures completeness and proper matching of supporting documents
- Ensures accurate computation of payable amount
- Ensures accuracy of posting of payable entries in QuickBooks
- Ensures correctness and completeness of supporting docs for payroll
- Ensures accuracy of payroll entries in QuickBooks
- Coordinates with his counterpart in Boracay to ensure proper recording of data
- Timely processing of disbursements target no late payments to supplier
- Sends weekly check transmittal
- Filing of documents
- Willing to work during weekend and holidays
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Language(s): English
