Responsibilities:

1. Maintains financial records through preparation of journal entries.

2. Examines the accuracy of Purchase Invoices, Delivery receipts, Purchase Orders and other attachments an encodes the details in Accounting Software.

3. Monitor Trade Payables by keeping track and recording of Purchases and payments to suppliers, attending to their queries and reconciling for discrepancies on balances.

4. Prepares schedule and aging of accounts payable.

5. Computes for expanded with holding task, fringe benefit tax, final tax and VAT

6. Prepares reportorial requirements to BIR such as 1601C, 0619E, 0619F, 1603, 1601EQ, 1601FQ, 1604CF, 1604E, Monthly Alphalist and Payees, Annual Alphalist of Payees, Summary List of Purchases and Summary List of Importations.

7. Processes payments to suppliers by preparation of checks, telegraphic transfer, CDS and processes online payments to government agencies.

8. Examines bank statements and reconciles them with general ledger entries.

9. Handle bank transactions such as deposit, processing of wire transfer, processing of ATM cards and updating of passbooks.

10. Monitor freight charges per export and import invoices.

11. Monitor Non Trade Payables and maintain schedules.

12. Prepares BIR form 2307 of suppliers.

13. Prepares Monthly and Annual Peza Reports

14. Participates in Inventory of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Work in Process, Production Supplies, Office Supplies and Uniforms

15. Prepares Cash Payments Book and Purchases Book

16. Participates in monthly external audit through preparation of required documents and reports and attending to queries of auditors

17. Prepares data needed for KPI reports

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
