  • Description



  • • Prepare adequate accounting records and verify internal controls

    • Preparation of Check Vouchers, Wire Transfer and monitoring of check and fund transfer register.

    • Input and reconcile accounts in a timely manner

    • Evaluate financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance

    • Research, track and restore any accounting discrepancies

    • Prepare and present financial reports to management

    • Prepare payment for the supplier

    • Prepares monthly costs and expense analysis

    • Prepares and records accounting source documents in the company's official books of accounts.

    • Assist in monthly and year end inventory for preparation of Annual Reporting Inventories to BIR.

    • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts

    • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.

    • Other accounting work related.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 3
  • Language(s): English ,Japanese
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
