  • * Maintain a systematic documents database and facilitate streamlined financial reporting

    * Manages disbursements to suppliers.

    * Tracks balance of the Company’s bank accounts and ensures availability to meet drawings.

    * Ensures timely billing of invoices to customers.

    * Manages filing of regulatory reports to relevant bodies.

    * Ensures efficient tax planning.

    * Prepare regular financial reports for Management and external stakeholders

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    * BS Accountancy graduate (with or without license)

    * With at least two to three 2 years of relevant work experience in various areas of financial accounting and management reporting, including budgeting, and budget control forecasting;

    * With experience in audit, cost accounting

    * Involvement (in varying degrees) in all aspects of financial statement and other financial and management reports preparation;

    * Preferably with work experience in an auditing firm or with good background of strong adherence to internal controls and to accounting standards

    SALARY: 18,000 - 20,000

    WORKING SCHEDULE:

    Batangas- Monday to Saturday/ 8am - 5pm

    Laguna Technopark- Monday to Friday/ 8am - 5pm

    WORKING LOCATION

    - ONE ASIA BUSINESS CENTER, BIÑAN CITY LAGUNA

    First Industrial Township, Brgy. Pagaspas, Tanauan City, Batangas
