ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Major in Accounting or Finance)

Must have at least 1 year of experience in accounting related field and using an accounting system

Knowledge in accounting software used (Excel, SAP, etc.) is an advantage

With good oral and written communication skills

Can start ASAP

Job Description:

Maintain and update accounting records and files

Create expense reports

Handle tax payments and returns

Reconcile bank statements

Conduct month-end and year-end closures

Prepare documents for audits

Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations

Report to the Accounting Manager and work to improve financial processes

Other accounting related tasks that the company may assign
