Offer description

Main responsibility is to monitor Accounts Receivable status/Cash Receipts of the company with detailed responsibilities as follows:

1. Issuance and encoding of collections (Official Receipts/Acknowledgement Receipts) in the AR System;

2. Extract the Statement of Accounts of clients for monitoring and preparation of Aging of Accounts Receivables on a weekly basis;

3. Prepares monthly sales summary and cash receipt report as basis for VAT filing;

4. Performs monthly bank reconciliation to properly identify all cash receipts recorded in the bank record.

5. Performs other functions as deemed necessary

Working Hours: 8:30 - 18:30 monday to friday
