SUMMARY: Overall responsible for the financial well-being of the organization. They develop strategies and plans for the organization’s long-term financial objectives, produce financial reports, and direct investment activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Prepare financial statements, cash flow, and financial forecasts/ fund plan.

* Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

* Manage concerned Section and contractors who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting.

* Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

* Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.

* Financial statement preparation and analysis

* Bank Reconciliation

* Audit of Accounts Receivables and account payable

* Prepare profit and Loss Statement of Financial position for management reporting

* Oversee and analyze the TAX compliance to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Required Education:

BS Accountancy Graduate

MUST BE CPA

Required Skills & Technical Capability:

-Knowlegeable in BIR rules and regulations and Government Law

-Knowlegeable in Quickbooks system

Required Training:

-Basic Accounting Trainings

Other Career Qualification:

-Computer Literate

• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: SAP
