Salary: 30,000-50,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. General accounting tasks such as recording of cash book, filing, and organizing accounting documents, assigned to communicate with account and people relevant to financial/accounting matters, maintain accurate and detailed record for company expenses, employee cost etc.

2. Perform over-the-counter payments for all Branch Office requirements.

3. Prepare and organize 2307 form and withholding tax certificate.

4. File forms such as 2307, 170Q, 2550Q, 0619Q, 1601Q, 1601C through eFPS.

5. Computation and filing of Taxes payable to BIR. Communicate with Tax Examiner in

the event that Tax assessment and compilation of financial records for submission.

6. Prepare all necessary documents needed for auditing and assist any partnering firms.

7. Perform over-the-counter payments for all Branch Office requirements.

8. Other tasks selectively assigned by the Management.

BASIC QUALIFICATION

1. Certified Public Accountant

2. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/

Banking or equivalent

3. Required language(s): English & Tagalog

4. Preferably 5-10 years experienced employee specialized in Finance/General/Cost

Accounting or any similar specialization.

5. Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounting procedures and taxation.

6. Highly analytical, systematic, organized, and keen to details.

7. Knowledgeable in BIR Alpha list & other filing preparation
