General Accounting Supervisor

Manages the accuracy and reliability of accounting data and books and performs monthly and yearly closing of the following:

- Accrual

- Lapsing Schedule

- Inventory

- Other Clearing Accounts

Ensures compliance to all BIR reportorial requirements and returns such as but not limited to:

- DST

- VAT

- Income tax returns

- Withholding taxes

- Annual Information Returns

Conducts and maintains Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Schedules on a monthly basis.

Assists the Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly budget.

Exposure to SAP is an advantage.

Can report to Makati Office from Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
