Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist FA Department Manager to oversee the whole accounting operations which includes accounts receivable, inventory process, accounts payable process, finance and treasury matters, tax and government regulatory requirements.

2. Identify and implement work flow improvements to strengthen internal controls and improve work efficiency.

3. Ensure timely reporting and review of financial information.

Job Requirements:

1. BS Accountancy graduate, Professional License (Passed Board Exam) is an advantage.

2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in Accounting.

Skills:

1. Oracle and Notes experience preferred but have knowledge of other

2. ERP management system is acceptable.

3. Knowledgeable in GAAP and Tax updates (including but not limited

to BIR, SEC and PEZA)

4.Proficient with Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and Power

Point.

5. Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving
