  • Roles and Responsibilities

    - Responsible for raising Purchase order daily

    - Daily checking of Subcontractor Insurances

    - Monthly raising of Claims and turn into Sales Invoice every ledger close

    - Daily stock sheets entry

    - Creating Non-Job and Job contracts

    - Assisting in preparation of month-end reports or any Ad hoc task

    Required Experience

    - 2 to 3 years of experience in the same field

    Minimum Qualifications

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/or any Business related course

    A Successful Candidate must have

    - High accuracy to details

    - Must be a team player and can work with less supervision

    - Excellence in time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    - Excellence in written and verbal communication skills

    Proficient with

    - MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular

    Experience Advantage

    - Knowledge of any accounting software
