    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Data Entry

    • Process invoices

    • Electronic Filing

    • Load invoice payments and bank transfers (in and out) into software programs

    • Complete invoice billing for the company to clients where necessary

    • Issue utility invoices as/when required and collection of the same

    • Liaise with accounting support as necessary

    • Complete invoice billing for the company to clients where necessary

    • Follow up with the body corporate and individual owners in respect to unpaid levies and debt

    • Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Background with Accounts Payable and/or Invoice Processing

    • Proficient in Data Entry (60 wpm typing skills)

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps

    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

    • Ability to achieve deadlines and show good attention to details

    • Ability to manage time and prioritise workload according to business requirements

    • Someone who has positive attitude

    • Ideally with Degree in an Accounts related field

    • At least one year of administration experience would be nice to have

    • Knowledge and experience in using Xero and MYOB would be an advantage
