  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsibility for Accounts Payable and Receivable• Completing bank reconciliations

    • Respond to direct phone calls and emails to the Accounts Dept

    • Completing administration duties

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Send billable invoices

    • Check Netsuite email errors

    • Receipting customer payments

    • Bank account reconciliations

    • Validate and process creditor invoices

    • Setup creditor payments for domestic and overseas vendors

    • Process A/R credits

    • Answer phone/emails

    • Visa bank reconciliations

    • Enter cash flow forecast data

    • Send out statements

    • Run depreciation system

    • Follow up bad debts

    • Database content management – ensuring that our info. is current and up to date.

    • Updating and amending System Procedure manual when required.

    • General office and administration duties – this will include: booking travel arrangements, data entry and typing on computer using Netsuite, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher programs efficiently as directed by other Managers.

    • Manage incoming company email including actioning website enquiries.

    • Other duties as assigned
