As we continue to grow, we are looking for Accounts Payable Associate who will be part of our Accounting & Finance Team!

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Examine the source documents such as purchase order and supplier's invoice with receiving report.

Recognition of Trade Payables with EWT

Responsible for preparation of cheque and check vouchers

Preparation of BIR 2307 form upon releasing of cheques.

Responsible for releasing of checks to the supplier upon delivery or on collection day.

Ensure month-end posting of Accounts payable.

Preparation and recording of Telegraphic transfer for foreign.

Validate the validity and accuracy of the transaction for payment.

Monthly VAT Relief and Quarterly submission of validated textile.

Responsible for filling check vouchers monthly.

WORK PERFORMANCE:

Timely recognition of Accounts Payable Trade

Accuracy of Cost Centers

No. of checks cancelled.

Timely payment to suppliers

Aging of Accounts Payable

Availability of all AP and Treasury documents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Has bachelor’s degree in any Business course.

Has advanced knowledge in General Accounting.

Has advanced knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable & Treasury.

With at least 2 to 3 -year experience in general accounting or Accounts Payable or Treasury.

Required skills: Good communication skills, proficient in excel and PowerPoint presentation

Can read financial Statements

Knowledgeable in General Accounting

Knowledgeable in Tax (vat, wtax)

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT USED

SAP or any other accounting software

Microsoft excel proficient.

Microsoft PowerPoint proficient

Computer literate
