Roles and Responsibilities
- Data entry of creditor invoices
- Creditor statement reconciliations
- Error handling of supplier invoices in Redmap5
- EFT payment runs
- Answer internal/external supplier queries
- Filing of accounts documents

Required Experience
- Experience in an accounting environment and maintaining financial records
- Experience with an AP automated system

A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Good working knowledge of the Pronto System or similar accounting software applications
- Excellent numerical, keyboard, and data entry skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, within a service-oriented environment
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and confidently across all aspects of the business
- Able to compose and issue business documentation (i.e. emails, general correspondence)
