1. Processes check disbursement vouchers and check payments of assigned companies.
2. Liquidates cash advances of employees.
3. Maintains and keeps all supporting documents and working papers.
4. Does reconciliation with concerned parties.
5. Coordinates with Accounts Payable Supervisor in adjusting entries in the Cash Disbursement Book, if any.
