Offer description

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing
- Processing credit notes
- Email management
- Mapping of collections in our ERP system
- Cross-check customer accounts before releasing orders
- Process and allocate credits from customers to correct invoices
- Monitor requirements for provision of doubtful debt and report where customer collection risk is identified.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• 2 years of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
