    Job Description

    As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, the purpose of the position is to execute Accounts Receivable functions. This position offers the right candidate a key position within the organization and will provide opportunities for career development and growth. This position reports directly to the Support Services Manager.

    Work Setup

    You will be working night shift in a work-from-home setup.


    -Minimum 1+ years of Accounts Receivable or other accounting experience

    -Bachelor’s Degree

    -Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices as well as general office

    practices and procedures

    -Strong oral and written communications skills with sharp attention to detail

    -Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not mandatory)

    -Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in real-time setting with high degree of professionalism

    -Comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    -Committed to exceeding internal and external stakeholder expectations on a continuous basis
