Receive and verify signed Cost Estimate for initial/down payment
Receive and verify signed Certificate of Completion for full payment
Issuance of billing statement and statement of account
Maintenance of manual and Quickbooks records of A/R aging
Submission of A/R weekly/monthly aging reports in timely and accurate manner
Recording of softcopies of bank transaction documents
Liaise and respond to customers' emails, calls, messages, etc.
File and maintain customers' files
Issuance of official receipts or acknowledgement receipts
Administration Assistant
Receiving, verification and recording of building admin statements of account
Liaise and respond to building admin
Maintenane of Grab account
Reconciliation and Monitoring - Smart corporate
Reconciliation and Monitoring - Grab corporate
Other ad-hoc operations support and admin work
Monthly Reports
Monthly Billing Reports - Elevation and Mission 2, consolidated
Monthly Collection Report - Elevation and Mission 2, consolidated
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
