  • Job Description:

    • Balance and maintain accurate ledgers

    • Match purchase orders with invoices

    • Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management

    • Billing and collection

    • Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts

    • Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns along with payroll, operating and business taxes

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Management, Accounting or related field

    • Good communication and Intrapersonal skills

    • One – two years’ experience in working in accounting payables and receivables

    • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operations (Excel, Pivot, Word, QuickBooks, etc.)

    • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

    • Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and submitted payroll taxes

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 1
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
