  • The hired applicant would be tasked to provide support to Admin and Finance needs of the travel department. These includes but not limited to: Monitoring and updating payment to suppliers and utilities, licenses, permits of travel department; Preparation and timely collection of billing statement of clients; Record keeping, monitoring, and maintenance of company equipment and tools for the department; Proper documentation, visa processing and release; collaboration and coordination with a team.
