  • • Collates all product offers for the President/ General Manager’s review

    • Monitors the shipment schedule of incoming importation

    • Communicates with foreign supplier or indentors for all concerns regarding the particular imporation.

    • Informs the President/ General Manager for all funding requirements for maturing Trust Receipts and for the TT portion of incoming importation.

    • Communicates with foreign supplier or indentors for all concerns regarding the particular imporation.

    • Informs the President/ General Manager for all funding requirements for maturing Trust Receipts and for the TT portion of incoming importation.

    • Reviews copy documents of all incoming importation and ensures that they are all in order.

    • Negotiates with the Banks for best possible foreign exchange and interest rates.

    • Prepares product costing for presentation to the President/ General Manager.

    • Responsible for all matters related to the administration.

    • Oversee administration of human resources, including but not limited to, maintaining personnel files, recruitments and orientation procedures.

    • Handles the email correspondence and forwards email to people concerned

    • Represents the company in meetings and seminars when needed.

    • Coordinates with Bacolod and Dumaguete branches for all their concerns.

    • Handles the updating of the company’s processed and raw meat price lists.

    • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the President and General Manager

    • Prepare monthly financial statements

    • Monitors and checks all cash/ check vouchers for disbursements.

    • Checks all sales commission and finalizes them for check voucher preparation.

    • Handles the transmittal of check payments and documents for Bacolod and Dumaguete Branches.

    • Maintain financial files and records

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Decision making, Communication and persuasion, Goal-oriented, Human Resources, Writing
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
